Shipping & Return Policy

RETURNS:  Full priced merchandise may be returned within 48 hours of purchase, pick-up or delivery for a full refund minus delivery charges.  Merchandise must be in the same condition as the time of purchase. Merchandise may be returned up to 7 days for a full store credit minus delivery charges. NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS.


SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:  All sale and clearance items are final sale.


SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are defined as orders placed on products that are not in current Urban Home Market inventory. Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed and cannot be returned.  Availability of merchandise is estimated. Urban Home Market will make all possible efforts to work with vendor delays.


Shipping: Third-party shipping rates apply. Shipping rates at checkout may not be exact. Buyers will be notified of changes to shipping charges before products ship. Basic shipping includes threshold drop off service. Third party White Glove delivery service is available at a charge commensurate with order total and includes assembly, placement within the home, and packaging removal. Urban Home Market is not responsible for workmanship defects or damage due to third party delivery services.


Pick-up items: Buyers assume all responsibility/risk of items that are picked-up and transported.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check merchandise for any damage prior to leaving Urban Home Market.  Claims for damages will not be accepted once the merchandise leaves Urban Home Market.  No Urban staff member is allowed to tie down/secure merchandise for traveling.
